Every year, Ieva, the founder of Lion's Tea Ltd, travels to Sri Lanka, the birthplace of tea, to appreciate the country's wonderful resources again and again and to bring home the best Ceylon tea. She has been present at every stage of the tea production process and can therefore ensure that Lion's Tea products are not only delicious, but also of the highest quality!
For Ieva, tea and tea drinking is a passion. She is convinced that everyone deserves to enjoy life with a healthy and good tea, made with only naturally sourced ingredients.

Our Lion Tea Ceylon tea comes from far away Sri Lanka, which until 1972 was called Ceylon, an island country in South Asia.
Sri Lanka is called the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean" for a reason - it is small but rich in natural resources. Tea is grown in the high mountain plantations of Ceylon, one of the cleanest places in the world!
